The Chelsea

Very comfortable stylish boots. Just received them today via the mail. Same sizing standards as the other products offered by Amberjack. Nice form fit and more comfortable than the dress boots. Highly recommend

Been researching a Chelsea boot for weeks and came across Amberjack’s website. I wanted a Chelsea boot that was not a work boot, but stylish enough the dress up with. I purchased the darker brown boot and was amazed by its comfort and looks. Now, I’m not crazy about their soles not being able to replace or repair, I do enjoy a sleek stylish looking boot like this not as an everyday boot but for something special.

A really nice shoe. Looks great, feels great, held up very well to a year of horrible abuse. Pictured is a new shoe next to an old one which endured a year of daily use including long walks, kicking ice out of wheel wells, road salt, pushups, and very occasional polishing.

Really comfortable. True to size.

The most comfortable boot for work and weekend fun that I have had I used all types through the years popular brands from malls even Italian leather that looked amazing but hurt these here look amazing and feel amazing

These are my fourth pair of Amberjacks and my first Amberjack boots. As with my other pairs, the soles feel great. The boots also look great, being attractive not only for a Chelsea with an athletic sole but also for a Chelsea, full stop. At least in the "walnut" color you really can't tell at a glance that it has an athletic sole.
I have a few issues though, all with the uppers. The big one is that there is no pull tab. They were so difficult to put on that I considered returning them but decided to buy a shoe horn instead. The shoe horn works great but I dread the day I visit a shoes off household and forget to wear something else. I may sew on a tab, but I shouldn't have to. Another issue with the uppers are that they are slightly tighter in the toes than my other Amberjacks unless I make a conscious effort to scooch my heel directly against the heel counter. The last issue with the uppers is they put a bit of stress on my foot just above my big toe. None of my Amberjack shoes (leather loafers, suede cap-toe, and leather cap-toe) have any of these issues with the uppers that cost the Chelseas a star.

This boot ,The Chelsea is the best looking boot I have ever purchased and so more importantly the most comfortable .Getting another pair in black when its back in stock.

Good boot, the fit is true to size and offers comfort. This is a great Summer boot.

I ordered a smaller size and it was uncomfortable. I contacted Amberjack and with in a week I had a new pair with the correct size. The new ones are very comfortable and look good. I will be buying more from them

Had my eye on these for a while (like a year) before pulling the trigger. I found initially they fit too tight at my normal size, half size up fit better but looked a little long on my foot. They offer some wide sizes in certain colors and I gave that a shot. Third time was the charm and they fit perfectly! Props to support for being so cool and letting me do multiple exchanges with no fuss at all. That all said - after a few weeks or so of normal/light wear, one boot developed a wrinkled section in the stretch seam (about an inch long) for some reason. Not a big deal but they were pretty unworn so I messaged support about it and they are sending out a replacement pair!

The boots are super comfortable and have a versatile style that works with a variety of clothing. They are classic in form, but the design is more modern at the same time. I normally wear an orthotic insole and I haven't felt the need to swap these. TLDR, pull the trigger.

I bought a pair of these thinking they’d be my “look nice, walk a little” shoes. Plot twist: they accidentally became my “let’s hike Cinque Terre because why not?” boots.

What started as a casual stroll turned into an impromptu adventure over rocky paths, steep hills, uneven stone steps, and the kind of terrain that normally makes you question your life choices. Meanwhile, my feet were out here living their best life. No blisters, no soreness, no dramatic speeches about needing to sit down immediately. Just all-day comfort and shockingly solid grip for a boot that looks this polished.

My only gripe? I’d love to see more wide sizes across *all* the color options. My feet want variety too.

Overall: stylish enough for dinner, comfortable enough for accidental hiking. 10/10 would unintentionally trek again.

I have bad feet fron years running so i needed a pair of good dress shoes for work. Most dress shoes leave me in pain after wearing them a few hours. I heard ablut amberjack and decided to try them. They are extremely comfortable and i am not in pain at all wearing them. I love my new shoes and plan to get another pair next month.

I have following Amberjack for as far back as I can remember. Many years of watching the company grow and wondering to myself how their footwear would feel on me. I have Plantar Fasciitis and some lower back issues that have haunted me for about 15 plus years, so wearing normal shoes like this were very uncomfortable even for short periods of time. I finally decided to pull the trigger after years of contemplation on a pair of their Chelsea’s. I brought them with me to a business convention in Nashville and wore them for at least 12-16 hours and never had an ounce of pain in my feet or back. It was like wearing my Hoka’s. Amazing is all I have to say. Not mention the compliments I got on the shoes. I will be buying more styles from Amberjack. Thank you for your amazing innovation.

Great looking and stylish. It took some work to get a decent shine but good leather does take time and it’s worth it. They are kind of hard to put on so straps or include a shoe horn would increase score.

It’s a good pair of shoes. Love the fact that there’s no metal in them so I’m never having to take them off when I get the random at TSA. Tight fit for the first two days until the leather forms to your foot. They also look good and are comfortable. The biggest issue I have is that mine are only 7months old at this point and the inside of the shoe is already falling apart specifically the heel padding. I attempted to start the process of getting them exchanged by speaking to the chat bot they have on their website. I submitted my problem and the response that I got was they would reach out in a few hours. Haven’t heard from them since.

Overall it’s a good shoe but for 200 dollars I’d expect the inside heel padding to not fall apart after 6 months of use.

Easy on, all day comfort, looks great, fits great. Glad I made the investment!
