Our A-grade full grain leather comes from one of the best tanneries in the world, who also happen to be our business partner; that means you get incredible quality at a price you won’t find anywhere else. The shoes are then made by masters in Portugal who have decades of experience but also aren’t afraid to get a little futuristic with it. This is a totally different type of shoe.

Absolute Perfection

Pro Photographer here. One thing people overlook when talking about the profession is how physically demanding it can be on your body (and more specifically your feet)! Sometimes I’m on my feet for nearly 6 to 8 hours in a day (if it’s a wedding, conference, etc). My feet were hurting so bad after an event one time, I actually had to ice them and had pain for a few days after!
Decided that it was definitely the shoes I was wearing. I bout pretty comfy dress boots as well, which usually double as my gig-day shoes (several stylish pairs), but still my feet would hurt on longer days.
So, I decided to check out Amberjack, to see if the comfort lived up to the reputation. Sure enough, I can honestly say that these are THE most comfortable dress shoes I’ve ever worn! Because of the design, pain is pretty much gone (they are SHOES but it feels like you’re wearing comfy sneakers all day). They are versatile as well; You can dress them up, or wear with a more casual fit!
Understand that it’s a soft leather used in the construction. leather itself is prone to scratches, so just be aware if you do get a scratch on these bad boys, you can fix it like you would any other leather shoe.
Overall I rate these a 5/5, especially for people who are on their feet a lot but still have to wear a dressier shoe.
Lastly, if you have wide feet, go ahead and get the “wide” version if available - Lots more room in the toe box, and they don’t feel “floppy” like some other “wide” shoe brands do!

2nd Pair

A while back I purchased a pair of Amberjack's Obsidian boots. I was pleasantly surprised by the genuine comfort & quality construction--they're gorgeous! Now, wanting more comfort for a 2 week trip to Italy, where we will be walking quite a lot, I purchased a pair of the Honey Original. These are just as comfortable as my Obsidian boots and beautiful to look at. Thanks for an awesome product!!
