Luxury For Less

Designed in Brooklyn, NY and produced in one of Portugal’s top factories, The Slip-On is made with the highest quality materials, including full-grain leather, sheepskin lining, and a custom TPU outsole. Similarly made shoes cost 2-3x more.

Shoe delivery

Shoes are good, but some problems with the delivery. It appears that the box was opened and the socks I ordered didn’t come. This was corrected by customer service but I had to provide pictures of the box. I finally got the socks on a second delivery.

Had to return shoe, but gave five stars for excellent customer service

I ordered a pair of brown slip ons in my regular size. After trying it on, I liked the styling and the comfort was decent, however the instep was a little too tight, so I wanted to try a half size up before just returning them. I reached out to Amberjack and they not only approved an exchange for a bigger size, but they also let me change the color. I mention this because it’s a pretty big deal because lot of big companies would allow you to exchange for a bigger size but not a different style/color. Fast forward a week or so, I tried on the new size and unfortunately the instep was just too rigid and I had to ultimately return it. The return process itself was also very smooth. I got my refund within hours of dropping it off at one of their approved locations (I dropped it off at a UPS).
The one drawback I’d mention is the comfort is not as much as advertised. In the ad they suggest these have sneaker like comfort which isn’t exactly the case (maybe a stiff sneaker). However, compared to most dress shoes they are very comfortable. I just wish the slip ons had a less stiff and more roomy instep and I would have kept it.
Tl;dr I decided to give a five star for the smooth customer service experience, good styling and decent confort.
What I didn’t like was they are advertised to be more comfortable than they actually are.

Incredible!

I expected comfortable shoes but WOW. These shoes feel better than the $200 sneakers I have. I wear them much longer than I have to because of the comfort. They also look great and are made with high quality leather. I’ll be purchasing more very soon!
