First pair of Chelsea boots

No break in period like any normal pair of shoes. Easily one of if not the most comfy pair of shoes I’ve ever purchased. About to buy some loafers and the boot to add to the wardrobe.
HIGHLY recommend

Very comfortable but….

The boots are comfortable and good looking but there might be some quality control issue with the form insert. When I received the initial pair and tried them on, I felt a notch or protruding portion under my right bottom arch area. Contacted customer service and they sent a replacement. The replacement was better but still exhibited that slight hump on the right insert’s edge. Took out the inserts on both sides and they felt fine and even. So I concluded that it’s the insert that has some uneven manufacturing defects. I’ll keep the replacement pair as it’ll be a bit of a hassle to deal with replacement process. I just wear thicker socks to lessen that uneven arch area.

Feels extremely comfortable

I was debating amberjack, cole Haan's and wolf and Sheppard. I went with amberjack. The feel and the comfort is extremely well made. Plus the shoe insoles are great. I have a very high arch feet and it feels great to walk on them. I'll spend a little more and get a few pairs of amberjack in the future.

Best Chelsea boots I’ve ever had

These are the best Chelsea boots I’ve ever had and I’ve had a few. I actually prefer them over my super comfy running shoes because these allow me to look super chic while being super comfortable. In addition, the suede is clearly very high quality, and shockingly does not get water stains due to having water repelling properties. To be honest, one year in the soles wore out, but to be fair I did walk A LOT in these shoes, almost 6 days a week, and I do walk a lot in general. It’s not my fault they’re so comfortable. I shared this with Amber Jack and they replaced my boots with another one under warranty! Their customer service is superb.

Incredibly comfortable

Got these because I kept seeing ads for them and my previous Chelsea boots were wearing out. I’ve been shocked with how comfortable they are. Got them right before heading on vacation and they look nice enough to wear to a very nice restaurant, and they’re comfy enough to walk around the entire day exploring a new city. Didn’t have a break in period either
