The Original

Have been eyeing the great selection of Amberjack shoes for several months and the Christmas discount was the deciding factor to buy. Got a pair of 'The Original' in Honey and couldn't be happier. Size is perfect and rarely have I ever owned a pair of shoes that you didn't have a break-in period before they felt comfortable. Not with these shoes; they were very comfortable right out of the box. Will definitely be looking at others in the future.

My son had ordered my husband size shoes 7 by mistake for his birthday present. Should've been a 10 1/2. Easy exchange fast and quick. Tried calling a few times no answer. I emailed them and I
had a response with in a hour. Well my husband was going off his tennis shoe size and didn't measure his foot. He needed a size 10. So we did another exchange. Again,fast and easy. He also orderd wide. Which he thinks now maybe should've just ordered the regular one. He just bought thicker dress socks. Great comfortable shoes. The quality is really good. We highly This company.

I am a functional person, and I have bunions, so I bought a wide pair. I also know of the fact that dress shoes typically have a heel that's higher than the toe, but this design flips it around. After putting in the Cadence Low Volume insoles as suggested by a podiatrist, the leather is a little tight on the pinky toe and around the middle of the foot when sitting (but not on the bunion as far as I know), but I'm planning to get the leather stretched. Could be wider, and if every pair of shoes had a wide (or even wider) version, I would have bought a pair of brown Originals, the Tux, and even Chelsea Boots in Obsidian at the very least.

Finally, I wish that the darker brown Originals had a darker brown lining (instead of lighter brown or even white). To me, the darker brown lining works better.

I had to exchange the 12 wide for an 11.5 wide which fit perfectly and feel really comfortable . I like them a lot. Maybe someday I’ll also get the boot
