The Cap-Toe

I have been loyal to Cole Haan, Allen Edmonds and Wolf and Shepherd for many years. Bought a pair of Cap Toes after a friend told be about Amberjack. I have to say that this is now my favorite shoe. Great build quality and super comfortable. I was getting a bit tired of the white wedge sole because I don't like the look when when wearing more professional attire. These allow me to wear a shoe that fits the attire and be very comfortable at the same time. I already have my eye on two more pairs.

I left a review on how much my husband loved his shoes and commented on the sizing being a tiny bit off for us. Even though we left a 5-star review, we were still contacted by customer service and provided a solution. I can’t say enough good things about this company. The product and customer service are both superb. I wish I could give them more than five stars!

This is the second pair of shoes that I’ve purchased. The second pair is just as comfortable as the first pair. I’ve received many compliments on the color of my shoes. I did notice the bag/sack that comes with the shoes have gotten thinner in material (cheesy) but it’s all about the shoes and they’re great.

I bought the Onyx for my husband after googling “most comfortable dress shoes” and convinced him to pick a pair of these. We immediately ordered the honey. He measured an 11.5 on the size chart, but the 11 actually fits better. He loves them, and I don’t think he will ever own a different pair now that we’ve found these!

I ordered these shoes for my son-in-law as a gift. They were needed by a specific date. The shoes apparently were held up somehow between postal stations. It had been 11 days and no movement was showing. I called, they reshipped another pair at their expense via another source. I received them within two days. Wonderful customer service like this is hard to find these days. My son-in-law was very pleased with the fit. I did order a half size different as recommended as he had a pair previously and did the same then.
