Found my new shoe company

Purchased black leather sneakers. Excellent quality, looked great. Unfortunately, I was sent the wrong size. Customer service acted within minutes. Correct shoes were sent. Was easy and convenient to send back shoes I initially received. Amberjack’s communication and immediacy was impeccable. Can see no reason why I’d ever buy from someone else. These shoes are very stylish and feel great. The run a little big. I bought a full size smaller than I usually get.

comfortable but a little heavy

I purchase shoes periodically because I am recovering from plantar fasciitis and require a comfortable shoe. I have purchased several shoes and never worn them a second or third time. These hybrid shoes are sized perfectly for me. i am usually between an 11 and 11.5 so I purchased the 11 which is perfect. They feel very comfortable but the only downside so far is they are a bit heavier than I prefer. I am not certain I like the weight but I am getting used to it and so far I am extremely happy with the comfort. No painful blisters or pain in my heels so I am sticking with these. I am giving these 4 stars only because of the weight.
